Domenik Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505550, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10-12 Hampshire Drive in Nashua, NH.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  Jobsite - On or about July 28, 2021, employees performing roofing work on a residential home were not protected from falls of over 9 feet feet from the front of the roof, 10 feet from the back of the roof and 17 feet from the side dormer roof where fall protection was not utilized.  Domenik Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505550, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10-12 Hampshire Drive in Nashua, NH.
