29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) At the site, on or about July 28, 2021, and times prior to, the employer failed to provide a training program for employees to recognize and minimize the hazards of falling from heights greater than six feet, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards from the top plate from approximately 11 feet.
