OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to amputation hazards posed by pinch points. a) 128 Tolman Ave. Leominster, MA: On July 2, 2021 and at times prior, employees changing out wire spools on the cook cable spooling machines were exposed to amputation and serious hand injuries resulting from entrapment in the pinchpoint that exists when manually sliding the spooling shaft back into the machine after a wire change out
