29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. a.) Hoss's Steak & Sea House, located at 675 Liberty Blvd, DuBois, PA: On or about July 21, 2021, an employee working in the attic of the restaurant fell through the ceiling to the restaurant floor approximately fourteen (14) feet below. A safe walking working surface in the attic of the restaurant had not been established.
