OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards: (a) On or about 07/29/2021 - Bay Area One, 10 Ton Kone Crane (Serial Number: 10868362), employees in close proximity to bundles of steel weighing approximately 3,000 to 5,000 pounds were being lifted by a hook with a missing safety latch exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
