Employees needed a key to unlock the exit doors in order to exit the building after the exit doors were manually locked at approximately 4:30pm.  b) Side Entrance to Building - On or prior to July 29, 2021,  the exit door for the side entrance to the building was found to be manually locked at approximately 4:30pm every night and then unlocked in the morning at approximately 8:30am every day.  Employees needed a key to unlock the exit door in order to exit the building after the exit door was manually locked at approximately 4:30pm.
