29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Facility: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized corrosive products including but not limited to Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, Mediclean Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate, Conquest All Purpose Cleaner, and Mop N Strip Floor Finish Liquefier, on or about 8/3/2021. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
