OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in the that employees were exposed to being struck by a saw blade: (a) Between 6199 Tanglewood Dr. and PWA Dr. in Cumming, GA,; on or about July 28, 2021, employees were using a cut-off saw (TS 420) to cut an eight inch ductile iron pipe without adequate support for the pipe to prevent kick back, jams, and pinching, were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
