29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) In the carpentry shop (Building 207), on or about August 4, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to lacerations in that guards were not installed while employees were using a SawStop Industrial Table Saw. (b) In the carpentry shop (Building 207), on or about August 4, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards while employees utilized a Delta Model RT-40 Table Saw with an unguarded saw blade.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A):For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: (a) In the automotive repair shop (Building 205), on our about August 4, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure items including, but not limited to, tires, waste containers, and tables were not stored within 3 feet of electric panels operating at less than 600 volts, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
