On 8/03/2021 an unmounted portable fire extinguisher was left on desk-like structure used in the dock area.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. 5555 St. Louis Mills Blvd, Unit 121-1A, Hazelwood: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. Employees work where portable fire extinguishers are blocked making them inaccessible. On 08/03/2021 portable fire extinguishers located in Recliners and Retuned Night Stands areas were blocked.
