On or about August 4, 2021, traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Traffic was directed into the work zone, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
