29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a. At Lot 10C, located at 5635 Fletcher Oaks Drive, Tallahassee, FL: On or about August 4, 2021 , the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards, in that an employee using a NR83A2 Hitachi pneumatic nail gun to conduct roofing operations was not wearing safety glasses.  b. a. At Lot 11C, located at 5639 Fletcher Oaks Drive, Tallahassee, FL: On or about August 4, 2021 , the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards, in that two employees using a NR83A2 Hitachi pneumatic nail guns to conduct roofing operations were not wearing safety glasses.
