29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about August 3, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet one (1) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b. On or about August 3, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet three (3) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c. On or about August 3, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Tomas Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483421, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 18917 Meadowview Dr., Mokena IL, 60448.  Tomas Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316686, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 22090 Coriander Lane, Frankfort IL, 60423.
