29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  On or about August 4, 2021, employees were exposed to hazards from flying particles such as nails, while using a nail gun without eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about August 4, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet, while performing framing work on the roof of a commercial building, without fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not  provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about August 4, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet, while performing framing work on the top of a commercial building, without being effectively trained in the hazards of a fall.
