29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Lot 6 & 7: On August 3, 2021; an employee was performing prep work for window installation. The employee worked from a ladder on the second floor balcony. The employee was exposed to a 21.5 foot fall to the ground. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
