29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Pharmacy Area of Store - On or prior to July 30, 2021, employees were not provided effective training on a new hazardous chemical brought into their place of work (Carpet Adhesive - Q-320 High Strength - Fast Tack). Employees did not understand how to obtain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the Carpet Adhesive from the construction project.
