29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation and ingoing nip points: a) Shop ; on or about July 29, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed workers to amputation hazards, in that the Toyokoki press brake Model 12530, Manuf. No. 7002089 was not guarded to prevent accidental contact with the point of operation. b) Shop ; on or about July 29, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed workers to amputation hazards, in that the back of the Toyokoki press brake Model 12530, Manuf.
