29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 1240 Stallion Street, Ranson, WV: On August 4, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet 6 inches to 16 feet 11 inches (eave to ground height) to the ground below while conducting roofing activities on the roof of a residence with a slope ranging from 8:12 to 10:12. The employer has not provided employees with training on recognizing fall hazards and the procedures required to be protected from the fall hazard.
