Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 211 West Kinney Street Newark, NJ a) Employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting roofing operations on a school gymnasium. Hazards were observed on or about 8/5/21 and 10/1/21. Custom Siding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1475255 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/20, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Executive Dr. Marlton, NJ 08053.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location: 211 West Kinney Street Newark, NJ - Gym a) Employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting roofing operations on a school gymnasium without proper training on fall protection systems. Hazard was disclosed on or about 8/5/21 and 10/1/21.
