29 CFR  1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner:  (a): Site - Interior - Employees were working from a mobile scaffold with wheels that were not locked. The scaffold tipped over causing an employee to fall, on or about August 9, 2021.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
