On or about August 9, 2021, the employer did not provide an eye wash station to employees who were exposed to corrosive materials while working within the facility. Employees are exposed to corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, H202 Nutrilife, pH Down, pH Up, ProKure, and Bar Keepers Friend.
