On or about 07/26/2021, at line 2 bottle rinse conveyor - the employer did not ensure the conveyor was isolated from an energy source and rendered inoperative while conducting work that requires employees to place any part of his or her body, into an area on a conveyor that has moving part such as a chains and sprocket, during a machine operating, exposing employee to nip and pinch point hazards.
