29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1):Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: On or about August 9, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a commercial construction jobsite of a new Walmart Distribution Center; welding employees used a DeWalt DWE402N 4-1/2 "Angle Grinder to cut metal that was not equipped with a guard during the installation of a window canopy. Employees were exposed to cuts and lacerations.
