29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) SunBasket Inc.- Seal Packing area:  The ARPAC seal packing machine had unguarded areas that were unprotecting  areas near the point of operation and near ingoing nip points around the plastic roll, observed on or about 08/11/2021.  b) SunBasket Inc.- Combi Packing Area:  The Conveyor Model #2EZHS, S/N 2EZHS557435 had missing side guards  were electrical components and moving parts were exposed, occurred on or about 08/11/2021.  c) SunBasket Inc.- Maintenance Area:  The Kalamazoo Belt Sander  Model # 486-021, S/N 34C0515506G14 had unguarded ingoing nip points,  occurred on or about 08/11/2021.  d) SunBasket Inc.- Filling Area:  The CTM Label machine applicator 360a had a missing guard to cover a machine pinch point, and the Compact Unifiller  had a missing guard around the piston pinch point.  Observed on or about 08/11/2021.  e) Sunbasket Inc. - Packing area:  A conveyor belt in the packing area had missing guards on its pinch points.  Observed on or about 08/11/2021.
