Entrance to the Temporary Cargo Office located in the outdoor loading dock area. 2. The Temporary Cargo Office waiting area located in the outdoor dock area. 3. Building entrance E-106 located in the outdoor loading dock area. 4. The entrance to the Agriculture Lab located in the breezeway. 5. Northwest area of the loading dock floor where truck contents were inspected.  6. Passenger Booth 3, on top of the trash can and the walkway outside of the booth door. 7. Passenger Booth 4, the walkway surrounding the booth. 8. Garage, on the walkway in front of the personnel door.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522900, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2021 with respect to a workplace at Bellingham, WA.  The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459810, citation no. 1, item no. 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2020 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):  Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:   a) Z-Portal Booth, where unlabeled containers included:  1. Plastic spray bottle that contained an amber liquid.  2. Plastic spray bottle that contained a clear liquid.
