US Highway 40, Independence, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edge of the roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: Worksite located 18902 E. US Highway 40, Independence, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards when they were working on the ground. Also exposed another employer's employee while he was going down the ladder and the employee on the roof was hoisting materials directly over him. The Complete Construction Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1351011, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4140 S. Noland Road, Independence, MO 64055.
