US 40 Highway, Independence , Missouri- Employees were using radial saws and pneumatic nail guns and were not protecting their eyes with protective lenses or shields. The RF Construction Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443902, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on Jan. 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5841 NW 72nd St., Kansas City, MO, 54151.
