29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): The employer did not ensure each employee on a walking working surface 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one of the systems listed in 1910.28(b)(15)(i)-(iii): a) Main Floor and Storage Area: The guardrail system on the Ballymore PS-10 mobile stock picker was not equipped with a proper guardrail system (missing mid rail for the stock platform) and employees were not utilizing personal fall arrest equipment exposing them to a potential fall hazard, as observed on or about August 13, 2021. Abatement Certification Required
