29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular hand-fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about August 17, 2021, in the saw department, the employer did not ensure that the table mounted circular hand-fed cabinet saw, 10" Professional Cabinet Saw, Model PCS31230, employees were required to use was equipped with a guard. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with an unguarded saw.
