29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about August 16, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a.  On or about August 16, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing siding installation operations from a pump jack scaffold, approximately twenty (20) feet above ground, were not protected by guardrails or personal fall arrest systems, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
