29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced: (a) TIRE WAREHOUSE, REAR OF FACILITY - Employees used an 11 foot high mobile ladder stand to access the racking where tires were stored, and the employer did not remove the ladder stand from service when the bottom step of the ladder stand was broken and disconnected from the frame of the ladder, on or about August 11, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
