29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A): Employees were not insulated from energized parts through the use of rubber insulating gloves or rubber insulating gloves and sleeves worn in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section: On or about 08/13/2021, on a concrete utility pole located at 1855 Kirk Road in Palm Springs, Florida, an employee received an electrical shock to his left shoulder and forearm when working on cutout/switches energized with 13.2 kV, while not wearing rubber insulating gloves and sleeves.
