29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in roofing repair of a metal overhang using a Genie Z-60/34 Aerial Lift was observed outside of the aerial basket and not standing within the aerial lift in which the aerial lift was not being operated according to the manufactures specifications. Condition observed on or about 07/21/2021.
