29 CFR  1926.250(b)(8)(i): Used lumber did not have all nails withdrawn before stacking:  a)	P-1120 Mariners Skills Training Center On or about 08/10/2021, screws used to installation of wooden toe boards around a second deck staircase was not removed prior to stacking as a result employees and subcontractors were exposed to a possible hazard.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
