A portable fire extinguisher located on the Southeast wall of the shop was not identified and was blocked by three (3) black barrels filled with oil filters and air filters; d. A portable fire extinguisher located on the middle of the South wall of the shop was not identified; and e. A portable fire extinguisher located on the Southwest wall of the shop was not identified.
