29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about August 18, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees involved in framing activities on the second and third floor of a building being constructed were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 13 to 26 feet from the ground.
