29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: This violation was most recently observed on 8/17/2021 at a jobsite located 220 Main Street, Hawk Point, Missouri, where employees of FED Seamless Guttering LLC were installing siding and soffit to the commercial building. The ladder jack scaffold platform used by employees was approximately 11 feet above the lower level. Employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems to prevent the hazard of falling.
