Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On or about August 09, 2021, at the Reeves County Hospital Replacement Hospital in the dining area the electrical cord had a busted strain relief. The 120 volt fan cord exposed employees to electrical / shock hazards.
