29 CFR  1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal cabinets were not deemed to be in compliance as they were not constructed with the bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2-inch air space; the joints riveted, welded, or made tight by some equally effective means; the door provided with a three-point lock; and/or the door sill raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet:  a) Flammable Storage Locker: On or about August 19, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed fire hazards from flammable liquids including, but not limited to: Acetone (flash point 0 degrees F), Ethyl ether (flash point <20 degrees F), and Isopropyl Alcohol (flash point 53 degrees F), being stored in a metal school locker.
