29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about August 19, 2021, at this establishment, employees engaged in automotive body repairs were exposed to hazardous, corrosive, and injurious chemicals, including, but not limited to 3M Platinum Plus Finishing Glaze 31180, 3M Undercoating, 3M Weld-thru Coating II, BPO paste Benzoyl Peroxide Paste, Cream Hardener, DT-5 Virgin Lacquer Thinner, Lord Fusor, Multiplast, Naked Gun Spray Gun Paint Remover, Norton Saint Gobain Adhesive Cleaner, Roberlo Maxifill Body Filler, and Roberlo Maxifill Plus, and were not provided with adequate eyewash stations in the following areas:  a.  adjacent the DeWalt DC011, and b.  adjacent the AccuMix area.
