Josh Runion, on or about August 16th, 2021, at the location of 3790 North Santom Rd., Stow, OH, 44224: Employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below without the benefit of accident prevention programs to identify and mitigate the hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Josh Runion, on or about August 20th, 2021, at the location of 3790 North Santom Rd., Stow, OH, 44224: Employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below without the benefit of fall prevention. Josh Runion was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443156, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 5th, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 2682 8th Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.
