29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  A.) On or about August 2, 2021 at 45-50 195th Street, Flushing, NY 11358  The employer failed to ensure safety data sheets were readily accessible to employees that are required to use hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Ever-Glo Low Maintenance Floor Finish, Quik-Thane Water-Based Urethane Sealer & Finish, Clean & Shine Neutral Disinfectant, and Winter Rinse, during the cleaning and polishing of building floors.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  A.) On or about August 2, 2021 at 45-50 195th Street, Flushing, NY 11358  The employer failed to develop, implement and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees that are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Ever-Glo Low Maintenance Floor Finish, Quik-Thane Water-Based Urethane Sealer & Finish, Clean & Shine Neutral Disinfectant, and Winter Rinse, during the cleaning and polishing of building floors.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
