The work area shall be inspected to ensure that nonessential items have been removed and to ensure that machine or equipment components are operationally intact.  (a)	Protein for Pets Opco, LLC dba All American Pet Proteins at 259 30th St. Greeley, CO 80631:  On and before August 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure the points of operation were properly guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation, in that the Line 5 drain port underneath the fresh product auger exposed employees to an unguarded point of operation. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
