29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) 7520 Chambers Hill Road Harrisburg, PA - Three employees and the owner of the company were performed residential roofing work activities on a 6 in 12 pitch roof, without  a fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 14 feet to 17 feet, on or about August 20, 2021.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
