29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: 1300 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA: On or about August 17, 2021, an employee was observed working from a raised vehicle mounted aerial lift without being attached to the boom or basket. Chuck Martins was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.453 (b) 2 v which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1406622, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1984 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA.
