29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or before August 17, 2021, and at times prior, Crest Exteriors LLC, as the controlling employer, did not initiate or maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment were made by a competent person. Employees of Regency Superior Construction LLC, were not protected by a fall protection system while working on a 6/12 pitch roof of approximately 30 feet high. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of more than 6 feet.
