29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or before August 17, 2021, and at times prior, employees were not protected by a fall protection system while working on an 6/12 pitch roof of a multi-residential complex of approximately 30 feet high. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of more than 6 feet. Regency Superior Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295677, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 903 Polk Ave., Victoria, TX 77901.
