29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about August 19, 2021 at jobsite located in 587 S. Bryan St., Elmhurst, IL. 60126, employees performing framing work at a new residential property were exposed to fall hazards approximately 18 feet height , with no fall protection when the employer failed to ensure they were adequately trained to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with fall.
