29 CFR 1910.179(f)(6)(iii): All floor, remote and pulpit operated crane bridge drives were not provided with a brake or non-coasting mechanical drive: (a) On or about 8/23/2021 and at times prior - Larger Diameter (LD) Department, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards because the overhead crane used to move large diameter pipe was not equipped with an adequate braking system.
