29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii):Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system. Location: a) Suspension scaffold on southwest side of the jobsite: On or about August 24, 2021, employees were performing brick pointing work on a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold without the use of fall protection and were exposed to falling up to approximately 15 feet to the lower level.
